Halloween 2011

Halloween started on Friday afternoon with trick-or-treating at dad's work. Myles was a pirate and Olivia was a salsa dancer. I borrowed Olivia's costume from Laurie that she got from Mexico. I bought Olivia a cute cupcake costume, but decided to save it for next year.

Here we are following the foot prints for our trick-or-treating.

After trick-or-treating around the office they served us hotdogs and chips for lunch. After lunch we waited for Matt to finish up a little bit of work and then we headed over to Gardner's Village to check out the witches. It was another very nice fall day to be outside.

On Sunday we went over to Grandpa Thompson's house for dinner. Everyone except for Kailee and Zack made it out there.

Monday was finally Halloween day. We carved our pumpkins and the kids were ready for trick-or-treating. We went around our block and across Pioneer Crossing and the kids were done. They had a good time.

What a cute salsa dancer.

Cornbelly's

This fall I sent Scott Parrot over to Cornbelly's to see if they wanted to advertise in Valpak. Scott was able to sell to them, so I got several tickets for Cornbelly's over at Thanksgiving Point. We were able to go two different times. We invited the Shumway's to come with us the first time and we went the next week with our little family. It was quite the event over there. Here are the pictures to show what it was all about.

I'm a pig.

I'm a sheep.

Playing in the wooden train. We were on this toy forever. The kids loved it.

Riding the cow train. This was very cute.

Using the water pump to race the ducks back and forth.

Sweet moments of Matt and Olivia.

The kids spent a long time playing in the corn kernal box.

Shooting the paint ball gun.

The Shumway family.

The boys hanging on. So fun to get them together again.

Enjoying a hay ride.

We spent nearly 4 hours at Cornbelly's. It was such a nice fall day. Glad we spent it with good friends.
